bvSECURE^TM Document Security Module: All content stored within the DocumentLOK^TM database can be secured through this powerful, yet easy-to-use security module to provide unparalleled protection. It can even be configured to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Active Directory Services^® for enhanced functionality and ease of use. Security permissions can be based upon any defined parameter.

bvLOG^TM Activity Tracking Module: With bvLOG^TM, an organization is able to monitor and log any action taken on any document or file within the database, and gives an organization the tools it needs to be compliant with legislation such as HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as rules dictated by the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedures (FRCP) or the Securities & Exchange Commission². 

bvINTEGRATOR^TM Data Integration Module: bvINTEGRATOR^TM is the unbelievably flexible data integration tool developed by the software engineers at Bull Valley Software. Designed to integrate with any HTML- or Microsoft Windows^®-based application, this powerful tool utilizes a number of data extraction technologies to pull data from virtually any source application and use that data to automatically index documents into the database with little or no human intervention.
